Terms of service

The terms that apply when you use revolvecommerce.com or buy from a brand owned and operated by Revolve Commerce LLC.

Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Revolve Commerce LLC (“Revolve Commerce,” “we,” “us”), a Florida limited liability company located at 7901 4th Street N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. They apply to revolvecommerce.com and to purchases from brands we own and operate, currently including FallingStar (fallingstar.app).

Each brand may publish additional terms for its product. If a brand’s terms conflict with these Terms for that brand’s product, the brand’s terms apply to that product.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to make a purchase. Our products are offered in US dollars. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live.

Orders, prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Before you pay, the checkout shows what you are buying, the amount charged today, and for subscriptions the renewal price, billing frequency and how to cancel.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By paying, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown.
  • Charges appear on your statement as REVOLVE* FALLINGSTAR or a close variation.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability. If we cancel after charging you, we refund you in full.

Subscriptions and introductory offers

Some products, such as FallingStar membership, are subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. Introductory offers (for example, USD 1.00 for 5 days) convert to the regular recurring price shown at checkout unless you cancel before the introductory period ends. Our Subscription & Cancellation Terms form part of these Terms.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Digital products and license

Digital content we deliver (such as portraits, reports and PDFs) is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may download and keep delivered content. You may not resell it, or use our services to create content that infringes others’ rights. We retain all rights in our software, designs, text and trademarks.

Entertainment and AI-generated content

FallingStar astrology content, tarot readings, soulmate sketches and AI guide responses are provided for entertainment and personal reflection. They are generated with the help of artificial intelligence, do not identify or depict real people, do not predict future events, and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Example images on our websites are illustrative and are not customer results.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your login details confidential and tell us about any unauthorized use. Do not misuse our services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, testing stolen payment cards, scraping, reverse engineering, or submitting unlawful, harmful or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Legal and export restrictions

Our services are offered where lawful. We do not sell to persons or places subject to US sanctions or embargoes, and you agree not to use our services in violation of US export control or sanctions laws.

Promotions

Any promotion, discount or introductory price will state its conditions, including its duration and the price that applies afterward, at the point where you accept it. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first; most issues are resolved quickly by email. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, or in small-claims court where you live, if eligible.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes affecting active subscriptions, notify you by email in advance. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
