A birth date and birthplace are needed for chart reports; astrocartography also needs a recorded birth time. Without a birth time, charts are clearly labeled as approximate.

Digital delivery
Nothing is shipped. Your member area opens as soon as payment is confirmed. Readings, reports, horoscopes and your soulmate sketch are created on request there, usually within minutes. If generation fails, you can retry, or we’ll fix it or refund you. Delivery policy

Fair refunds

FallingStar is for adults aged 18 and over. Prices are in US dollars and the service is delivered online.
Is the soulmate sketch a real person?
No. The sketch is AI-generated artwork based on the preferences you choose. It does not identify, depict or predict any real person. Gallery images on the website are illustrative examples, not customer results.
Can astrology predict my future?
FallingStar is for entertainment and personal reflection. It doesn’t promise future events and isn’t a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Who answers in the astrologer chat and tarot readings?
Both are generated by AI from your birth details and questions. There is no human psychic or astrologer, and answers are offered for entertainment and reflection, not as predictions or advice.
