What is Revolve Commerce?

Revolve Commerce LLC is a Florida company that builds and operates consumer brands online. We own and run FallingStar.app, and we are developing additional ecommerce brands. When you buy from one of our brands, Revolve Commerce LLC is the seller and merchant of record.

I see a charge I don’t recognize. What is it?

Charges from our brands appear on card statements as REVOLVE* FALLINGSTAR (or a close variation set by your bank). This is usually a FallingStar introductory charge of USD 1.00 or a monthly membership renewal of USD 29.99.

Email support@revolvecommerce.com with the date, amount and last four digits of the card, and we’ll identify the purchase and help right away, including canceling or refunding where our refund policy applies.

How do I cancel a FallingStar membership?

Sign in at fallingstar.app/members, open My account, and choose Manage billing, then Cancel. You can also email support@fallingstar.app and we’ll cancel it for you. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Full subscription terms.

What is your refund policy?

We always refund duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, charges made after you canceled, and purchases we failed to deliver. For other requests, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we’ll review it. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Read the refund policy.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Checkout pages use HTTPS encryption, and full card numbers and security codes are never seen or stored by Revolve Commerce.

Can I buy from iVivaVitale or EliteBabyDeals yet?

Not yet. Both brands are in development and are not accepting orders or payments. Their products, prices, shipping and return terms will be published before they launch.
