This Privacy Policy explains how Revolve Commerce LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information through revolvecommerce.com and the brands we operate, including FallingStar. A brand may publish a more specific privacy notice for its product (for example, the FallingStar privacy notice).
Information we collect
- Contact and account details, such as your name and email address.
- Quiz and product inputs, such as the preferences you select in a quiz and, if you choose to provide them, your birth date, time and place for astrology reports.
- Purchase information, such as products bought, amounts, dates and subscription status. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.
- Support communications you send us.
- Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and cookie identifiers, collected automatically.
How we use information
- To provide, personalize and deliver the products you request, including generating portraits and reports.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, send receipts and renewal or service notices.
- To provide customer support and handle refunds and disputes.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.

- To send marketing emails if you have agreed; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
How we share information

Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then for as long as required for legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We use HTTPS encryption, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect information. Payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Children
Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
International users
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access our services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date, and notify you of material changes by email or on our websites.
